In 2021, I created brand assets for a fictitious toilet paper company called Rucksack Toilet Paper. The brand caters to those who like to go off-grid and spend time outdoors. Rucksack caters to the military community as well as serious hikers and backpackers. The logo is styled after a Vietnam-era rucksack but reads universally as a long-range backpack. The logo is adapted across different colors for different applications across printed materials, social media, and branding.
The typography and brand colors were chosen to cater to the brand’s intended audience and to look like a product that belongs in the same sphere as companies like Columbia and Patagonia. Brand assets delivered included poster and brochure designs, a logo and lockups, social media profile and posts, and email layout.
