campus posters
Throughout my internship, I had many opportunities to design posters for events on campus. I enjoyed the process of iterating on the same form through multiple ideas for different projects. At the end of my internship, I got to design some options for campus posters that are displayed in the hallway of the Classroom Building. I wanted to convey all of the opportunities available at Trinity Christian College through these posters. The first images show two iterations of the same concept and focuses on an abstraction of the Trinity campus map. The next two posters shown take a different approach. The poster on the left focuses on athletics by overlaying the college’s tri-bar logo on a picture of the baseball field. The second poster plays with typography and lists every major offered at Trinity. The final two posters focus on worship spaces and worship itself. The left poster focuses on the architecture of the chapel windows on Trinity’s campus by reflecting the windows across the poster. Finally, the poster on the right contains lyrics from a song sung in chapel that talks about the praise and honor we should give to God. I enjoyed playing with the typography on this poster to emphasize the attributes of God and our response to Him.
